Toni Kelly – Acro
Miss Toni started dancing at the age of 5 in Hawkes Bay and joined DFX when she moved back to Hamilton at 14. By the time she was 16 Miss Toni was teaching her own jazz classes.
Toni has passed many jazz, hip hop, and contemporary exams with excellent results. In 2014 Toni gained a Diploma in Musical Theatre after completing a full-time dance course at Urban Dance Centre in Sydney and fortunately for us she came back to continue teaching at DFX.
Miss Toni is Acrobatic Arts certified, she is also a fully qualified Acro Arts examiner & is an Alexia Flexibility instructor having gained the Module 1 & 2 qualification in 2021. Toni continues to attend other dance courses to upskill and broaden her dance knowledge.
Students in Miss Toni’s classes consistently achieve top results in their exams. Miss Toni has taught all genres since teaching at DFX over the years, this year she is focusing on teaching Acro.
Toni along with her partner Liam are raising their young daughter Harlow together.
